Instructions: Shake well before using. Drop 1 serving under the tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Take no more than 1-3 servings per day. Its recommended to take with a meal, however, it can be taken with or without food but preferably just before a meal as it can help lower your blood sugar.
